1.Open
Outlook 2000.

From the Tools menu, choose Services.
|
|
|
3.
Select Internet email in the list.
|
|
4.
Click the Properties button.
|
|
|
|
5.
Click on the Servers tab.
|
|
|
|
6.
In the Incoming mail (POP3) field, type pop.exasia.net
|
|
7.
Delete the contents of the Outgoing mail (SMTP)
field, and type smtp.exasia.net
|
|
8.
In the Account name field, type in your email
address.
|

the Password field, type in your password. |
| 10. Check
the box next to My server requires authentication. |
| 11.Click
the Settings button. |

12.
Select Use same settings as my incoming mail
server.

|
|
